Most of my career has been leading operations, with a focus on process, growth and efficiency. As a director and MD for over 20 years, I have built and developed teams to scale up and scale down, including close working with private equity investors.
In 2013, I co-founded a hospitality business based in a vineyard. This gives me a good understanding both of setting up and running a start-up and with the challenges around food and hospitality businesses. As a mentor I aim to draw on my experience to support individuals achieving their aims.
