Become a Visionnaire
Our groundbreaking programme has been created by entrepreneurs with practical tips and tools, using the VSPARK® method. There are three levels: Explore, Start and Grow.
Our Explore seminars are for young people thinking about about options for a new business or self-employment. They are run in partnership with Further Education Colleges as part of their studies.
Our programme is open to participants over the age of 18 who have an idea for a business or self-employment, or have recently started. They are free of charge, delivered as an interactive webinar and one-to-one support over 4-6 days by an experienced entrepreneur. We call our participants Visionnaires and take you step by step, applying good business practice to your idea, creating a plan and practical actions.
Once you have completed the Start your own Business programme you are eligible to apply to join the Grow Incubator. This is a competitive process and only a small number of businesses are admitted based on their potential. We assess potential by considering recommendations from your facilitator or mentor and whether your business:
- can create jobs for 10 or more people over the next two years (in the business or the supply chain)
- has sustainability at its heart
- is a social enterprise
- is solving a problem for the local community
Our Grow Incubator provides support for three months where you’ll find an inclusive, supportive environment dedicated to helping you grow. As entrepreneurs ourselves we know you need support that’s tailored to your start-up, and that’s exactly what you’ll get with access to our outstanding network of mentors, industry specialists and expert advisors.
