My expertise lies in planning and execution of commercial strategy, business planning, sales and marketing. Some 12 years ago, after 20 years experience working for large and small companies in these fields, I set up my own small consultancy helping clients develop and implement disruptive product and value propositions. Sometimes this involves mentoring and coaching their management and teams, sometimes it involves getting involved with the ‘doing’. Six months prior to the first COVID lockdown I launched my own start-up – we’re still trading; a real test of all aspects of what Visionnaires has termed the VSPARK methodology.
