Nick Sayers

I have worked as a solicitor in central London law firms for over thirty-five years. I was a partner for many years and have held significant management roles. I am currently a consultant to a well-known central London law firm, working there on a part-time basis. I have always specialised in company and commercial law matters, particularly those relating to the growth of entrepreneurial businesses, mergers and acquisitions and exit by flotation or trade sale.

I am also interested in history, and have recently completed a masters in historical research at Birkbeck College. My legal experience makes me well-placed to help with the strategy of growing businesses. I try to listen carefully and ask the key, searching questions.
