As a successful businessman and one of the first in the automotive industry to achieve Investors in People it came as little surprise when Scottish Enterprise approached me and asked me to become one of their first Business Mentors in Scotland to help the SME market grow and prosper. In recent years I have helped people optimise their true potential by getting them to focus on developing the key drivers of their business and implement positive change as and when necessary producing increases in productivity, efficiency and profitability whilst also reducing staff turnover. Since 2017 I have also mentored people through the Enterprise programme with Princes Trust.
