I am currently the Chief of Staff at Kantar, the world’s leading data, insights and consultancy company. Over 25 years, I have had the opportunity to build up a broad range of experiences spanning the public and private sector, start-ups through to global corporates, UK and international, executive and non-executive. The common denominator in them all is thinking through how you take high level ambition and vision and turn into defined plans and result. Throughout, focusing on how you create the conditions for success through building high performing teams, systems and cultures. Outside of work, I’m interested in anything with two wheels – motorbikes, cycling, mountain bikes and so on.
