I am an experienced director with expertise in technology and product development and over 20 years’ experience covering digital, retail, travel and ecommerce. I have supported large businesses through times of transformation and change and also set the foundations for scalable growth within start-ups.

A consensus-building and collaborative leader, one of my skills is to facilitate diverse perspectives in discussion and establish effective plans and actions. I also bring unique insights and a fresh, creative perspective. My experience in large and small businesses has helped me understand the challenges of start-ups and new businesses, my aim as a mentor is to help founders achieve their aims.
