Amanda Cowley

I am the HR Director at Capital City College Group. I have extensive experience leading and transforming HR teams in small and large businesses across life sciences, finance and education sectors. As a member of executive teams my main focus is organisational transformation, enabling leaders and their teams to develop, perform and progress. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I know the power of coaching and mentoring to draw out people’s abilities and confidence. I am pleased to be able to apply this in helping others start their own businesses.
