AI tools for small business owners

At our most recent Masterclass we looked at which AI tools could help small business owners with everyday productivity. Here are our favourites:

2. Calendly: This tool uses AI to schedule meetings efficiently by allowing users to share their availability and letting others book time slots accordingly.
3. Mailchimp: An AI-driven email marketing platform that assists in creating, sending, and analysing email campaigns to engage customers.
4. HubSpot: Offers AI-powered sales, marketing, and customer service software to help businesses attract, engage, and delight customers.
5. ChatGPT, Claude, Pi: Integrating AI chatbots like ChatGPT etc. can automate customer support tasks, providing instant responses to common queries and freeing up human resources.
6. Buffer: Utilises AI algorithms to analyse social media engagement data and suggest the best times to post content for maximum reach and engagement.
7. Xero: An accounting software that incorporates AI to automate invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting, saving time and reducing errors.
8. Zoom.ai: This AI-powered virtual assistant helps with meeting scheduling, generating documents, and performing other administrative tasks, enhancing overall productivity.
