AI tools for small business owners

- HubSpot: Offers AI-powered sales, marketing, and customer service software to help businesses attract, engage, and delight customers.
- ChatGPT, Claude, Pi: Integrating AI chatbots like ChatGPT etc. can automate customer support tasks, providing instant responses to common queries and freeing up human resources.
- Buffer: Utilises AI algorithms to analyse social media engagement data and suggest the best times to post content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Xero: An accounting software that incorporates AI to automate invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting, saving time and reducing errors.
