I have a background as a global HR Director with a strong focus on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. I have invested in start-up ventures and currently run my own executive coaching business. I have mentored and coached dynamic business Leaders in start-up situations, as well as CEOs in high growth entrepreneurial businesses. I am passionate about developing future Leaders, helping them to build purpose and vision, to ensure they achieve their goals. I have worked across cultures and geographies and am keen to work with young talent, giving the benefit of my knowledge and experience as they build their businesses.
