David Miller

A senior qualified lawyer and General Counsel, I’ve worked in the technology, education and charity sectors, with 18 years at the City & Guilds Group as Legal Director on the executive board.  I recently joined Belron International Ltd to support their group technology transformation project.

Through broad advisory, leadership, management roles I delivered commercial, corporate and compliance projects, including for early stage EdTech companies.  I’ve always enjoyed new challenges and working with different teams, and helping individuals to develop and progress, while in turn learning from them.  I am Deputy Chair at London Youth, a charity working through youth clubs and outdoor centres to provide opportunities for young Londoners.
