I am a business advisor with 34 years international experience anchored in customer experience management. I work collaboratively with organisations to achieve commercial success and focus on start-ups, turnaround and international expansion. I spent the last 10 years using my knowledge, curiosity and judgement, leveraging my networks to support launching products and services in emerging markets. I have secured public and private sector funding. I believe in lifelong learning and am a visiting lecturer on strategy, finance, change and innovation.
